A look at where I've been

Experience

Product Designer Early Warning Services, Zelle® Jan 2022 — Present

I've been at Zelle for about four years now, designing for web and mobile across payments, fraud and trust. When I started at Zelle, I led the migration from Sketch to Figma as the only designer on the product team, rebuilding the component library and tokens from the ground up. I also built an internal Figma plugin that catches UI copy inconsistencies while you're still designing, which saved the team a lot of back and forth with content review. On the product side, I shipped Zelle Tags, a personalized identity feature that's now live across a bunch of partner banks, and spent a good chunk of last year on safety flows for fraud and scams, trying to keep them simple even when the stakes are high. I also led a long-running benchmarking audit across our partner platforms, pulling out reusable patterns so the experience felt more consistent everywhere Zelle shows up.

Deputy Director, UX Designer Climate Cardinals Feb 2025 — Present

Climate Cardinals is one of the largest youth-led climate education orgs, and I run design and social. I make posters and Instagram content for the main account, and I designed the Ambassador Program site so climate influencers can grab ready-to-post content and share it on their own channels without us being a bottleneck.

UX Design Consultant Center for Digital Experiences, Pratt Institute Jan 2025 — Aug 2025

I led a redesign for Golden Boots Uganda, a youth football nonprofit. The original flow asked people to call in and read out their card details over the phone to donate, which broke trust before anyone got a chance to actually engage with the cause. I rebuilt the information architecture, gave the homepage a clearer hierarchy and added a persistent CTA so getting involved felt safe and immediate.

Graphic Designer ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management May 2021 — Jan 2022

This was my first design role out of undergrad. I designed e-learning modules, multimedia content and completion badges for international academic programs, and built out logos, brand assets and visual systems from scratch in Illustrator. I worked closely with instructional designers on hierarchy and content structure, and we ended up with a set of reusable templates that made future courses way faster to put together.

Behavioral Health Technician Autism Spectrum Therapies Aug 2020 — May 2021

Before design, I worked with kids on the autism spectrum, running behavioral observation sessions and helping translate what I noticed into intervention strategies the clinical team could act on. It's where a lot of my instincts around user research and behavioral design started — watching real people, taking notes and figuring out what was actually going on underneath the behavior.
