Hi, I'm Ritika. I'm a UX designer who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, thoughtful experiences.

My background in psychology shapes how I approach design, with a focus on understanding people, the situations they're in, and the context in which products are actually used.

I currently work on Zelle^® at Early Warning Services, helping design large-scale financial systems used by millions of people. Much of my work centers on patterns, consistency, and the small decisions that make complex products easier to navigate and trust.

I've also been exploring how AI and emerging technologies are influencing creative tools and processes, especially in areas where human judgment still plays a central role.

Outside of work, I love photography and digital illustration, and I'm slowly working my way through a growing list of fiction books while spending time with my dog, Fluffy.
